Our client, an aviation service provider, is recruiting for an interim professional with industrial relations and rewards and benefits expertise to support across several critical work streams over the next 6 months.

• 6-Month Contract
• Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:30
• Oxfordshire (hybrid 3 days/week from home)

• Supporting union negotiations by tracking discussions, gathering evidence, maintaining accurate records, and assisting HRBPs through a key Jan–Apr industrial relations period.
• Delivering research and analysis for the annual pay award while supporting HR leaders with Rem Com preparation, briefing materials, and executive committee inputs.
• Contributing to long-term incentive planning by assisting with 2026 LTIP progression and coordinating required data, insights and documentation.
• Leading implementation of a new tech-enabled benefits platform, collaborating with data, supply chain, finance, wellbeing and comms teams to harmonise offerings.
• Providing additional support across HR projects, including helping the project manager complete the organisation-wide allowances review where capacity allows.

• Experience of dealing with unions and working in unionised environments
• Strong rewards and benefits experience
• Well-versed working for a medium or large-sized organisation

• Inside IR35 contract
• Hybrid working 3 days/week from home
