COREcruitment is seeking a Head of HR Operations in the UK for a 12-month maternity cover. This senior operational leadership role involves leading the day-to-day HR function and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, particularly in luxury, hospitality, or real estate. Strong HR generalist skills and CIPD Level 7 qualification are preferred.
