Responsibilities
  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients; proactively maximize business opportunities and market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and coach others to handle tricky recruitment situations.
  • Work within a team to deliver on individual and team targets.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
  • Extensive interim recruitment experience.
  • Experience as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment.
  • Strong new business skillset and motivation to achieve development goals.

  • Ability to give and receive quality feedback; values kindness and teamwork.
