HR Advisor – Permanent – Hybrid – Competitive salary plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a leading organisation. As a HR Advisor, you’ll provide support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance and best practice in all HR matters. You’ll work closely with line managers within teams such as Finance, IT & Marketing, offering guidance on everything from ER to L&D, through to performance management.
What you will be doing:
- Provide HR advice on absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and case management, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and policies
- Support general HR administration including issuing letters and change documents
- Advise on employment matters including redundancy, TUPE and organisational change
- Contribute to policy updates, employment documents and HR projects
- Coach managers in applying HR policies fairly and consistently
What they are looking for:
- Previous HR advisory experience ideally gained within a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
- ER experience would be advantageous
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent level of experience
- Seniority level Associate
