Senior Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join One Hiring.

This is a role for someone who already knows recruitment, enjoys the commercial side of the job, and wants more ownership, more autonomy and a better platform to build from.

One Hiring is a specialist recruitment business focused on Finance & Accountancy across the UK and US. We work with firms ranging from boutiques and independents through to the Big 4, placing into Tax, Audit, Advisory and senior leadership roles.

We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We know our market, we have strong client relationships, and we are building something with real momentum.

You’ll join as a senior consultant with responsibility for building and managing your own desk within one of our core markets.

That means:

• developing relationships with clients and candidates
• managing live mandates and retained/search-led work
• creating your own opportunities through BD and market mapping
• representing a specialist brand with real credibility
• working closely with experienced recruiters who understand the market
• contributing to the growth of the business, not just your own billings

This is not a role where you’ll be micromanaged. But it is a role where standards matter.

You’ll be trusted to operate like a senior consultant, with the expectation that you bring energy, consistency and commercial intent.

This will suit someone who wants ownership, standards, support and genuine upside.
