Experian is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Consultant for the UKI HR team on a 14-month fixed term basis in Nottingham. The role involves advising on employment law, change management, and policy development to ensure compliant and effective ER practice across the business.
You will partner with HRBPs and managers on restructures, redundancies, TUPE projects and cross‑business change, while leading ER case work and coaching junior colleagues.
