The Head of HR will be responsible for developing modern HR systems and processes, overseeing recruitment from shopfloor to senior leadership level, implementing talent development programmes and shaping the unique culture. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will champion employee wellbeing, leadership development, succession planning and organisational capability, ensuring they remain an employer of choice whilst supporting continued business growth.
Key Skills Professional Qualifications Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, production systems, and process optimisation. CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum essential). CIPD Level 7 desirable. Strong understanding of UK Employment Law. HRIS implementation and management experience. Knowledge of GDPR and employment legislation. HR Expertise Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning Performance Management Employee Relations Organisational Development Succession Planning Remuneration & Reward Training & Development Change Management Employee Engagement Leadership Development Graduate & Apprenticeship Schemes Leadership & Management Proven experience leading HR within a manufacturing environment.
