Metric Search are hiring trainee Business Development Executives to join our team in Nottingham City Centre for Summer 2024.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain experience in the recruitment industry in fascinating Global Market Sectors within Life Sciences, Med Tech & Engineering & Construction. We will give you all the support and tools to be successful and we have proven this with our previous placement recruitment consultant hires seeing a lot of success and progressing quickly.

Salary: £21,750 basic + an industry-leading uncapped 60% commission structure

• Commission:
  As a placement student i n addition to your base salary we offer you the best commission scheme and earning potential in recruitment with OTE earnings from £35,000 - £70,000+ Year 1
