Your new role As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders across the business to provide proactive, commercially focused HR support. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive people initiatives, support organisational development and help embed a positive and high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with managers and leaders to provide expert HR advice and guidance. Supporting employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases. Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Supporting change management and organisational development projects. Coaching and developing managers to build leadership capability. Assisting with workforce planning, talent management and succession planning activities. Reviewing and developing HR policies, processes and best practice.
Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver people-focused projects and initiatives. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You will also have:
Previous experience within an HR Business Partner, Junior HRBP, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager role. Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing complex casework. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives. A commercial mindset with the ability to align HR solutions to business objectives. Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
