We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development / Training professional to join an established team in a varied, hands-on role. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being out in the business, working with people and delivering engaging training. A key focus will be management and leadership development, alongside wider training across areas such as people management, customer service and difficult conversations. You'll also have the opportunity to influence how learning is delivered, identify skills gaps and support the continued development of the wider L&D offering.
