HR Manager (Interim)
Site based in Nottingham- 4 days per week, 1 day from home
Immediate Start

I am looking for an experienced Interim HR Manager to support a busy multi-site operation, providing hands-on HR support across employee relations, organisational change, payroll coordination and HR administration.

Interim HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability.
Support organisational change projects and employee consultation activity.
Coordinate employee life cycle processes, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
Support payroll processes and ensure accurate employee data.
Advise and coach managers on people matters and employment legislation.
Build strong relationships across multiple operational sites.

Interim HR Manager Skill Responsibilities:

Experienced operational HR professional with strong generalist HR knowledge.
Confident managing complex employee relations cases independently.
Experienced in organisational change and consultation processes.
Strong understanding of UK employment law.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Desirable

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
Multi-site HR experience.
