ERP Implementation Consultant

Join Deltek Professional Services as a project-based ERP Implementation Consultant and make a real impact helping professional services firms transform their operations. You'll guide customers through successful implementations of our core ERP solutions (Vantagepoint or Maconomy), from initial configuration through post-launch optimization.

This is a hands-on role where you'll combine technical expertise with business process understanding and consulting acumen, working alongside a collaborative team to deliver exceptional outcomes to our customers. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely with minimal travel requirements (up to 10%), allowing you to foster strong client relationships and advance your career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

• Lead SMB customers through ERP implementations, configuring systems and delivering strategic consulting support
• Facilitate smooth transitions from legacy accounting systems to a core Deltek ERP platform
• Conduct online consulting/training sessions, presenting key concepts and best practices
• Assess and recommend business process improvements following defined methodologies
• Resolve project challenges efficiently while managing project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project coordinators and internal teams
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, or Business Management
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
• Proficiency with AI tools for task optimization
• Previous ERP software training or implementation experience
