Our client is seeking a Cyber Manager for their Risk Assurance Services team in Guernsey or Jersey. This full-time position offers contracted hours of 37.5 per week. The Cyber Manager will play a pivotal role in solving critical business and data protection challenges, working with a diverse client base across various industries. This role involves implementing strategic programmes and driving innovation while ensuring compliance with an array of regulatory frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO
27001, and GDPR. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams, leveraging the most advanced tools and technologies available. The Cyber Manager will be responsible for not only assessing compliance but also for devising actionable solutions.

Job Duties
  • Lead and manage complex projects in cyber risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide cyber risk governance frameworks.
  • Develop business risk scenarios and cyber threat models.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of Managed Cyber Defence and Identity Management services.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to align cyber, privacy, and industry requirements with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on cyber risks, threats, and vulnerabilities.
  • Foster a positive working environment by effectively managing team workloads and client expectations.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a related role.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, and CRISC.
  • Proven knowledge in cyber risk management and regulatory compliance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large projects involving information security and technology risk.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to generate meaningful recommendations based on complex data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships.
