Senior Product Manager – Technical (AI/ML)

Salary: up to £100,000 + bonus & equity

Location: London (Ideally 2 days/week in office)

Lead the dedicated Data Enablement team, taking ownership of key data and AI initiatives that power discoverability, recommendations, and pricing across multiple marketplaces.

Sit at the intersection of product, ML, and data engineering, leading important AI/ML initiatives while shaping team processes, infrastructure, and long‑term product strategy.

Scale existing AI/ML capabilities, product ionize proofs‑of‑concept, and influence strategic initiatives at board level.

• 🚀 Lead the first Data Enablement team, scaling AI/ML products with significant business impact
• 📊 Full ownership of capabilities that drive discoverability, recommendations & pricing decisions
• 🧠 Collaborate across ML engineers, data engineers, and ML ops to deliver strategic initiatives
• 📈 Shape product strategy with board‑level visibility and influence
• 🔧 Early‑stage product environment with real technical and strategic influence

• Experience as a Technical Product Manager, with hands‑on experience building and product ionizing AI/ML products
• Comfortable collaborating across engineering, ML, and data teams while communicating clearly with executives
• Ability to improve existing models, build proofs of concept, dashboards, and perform independent data analysis
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to balance technical delivery with strategic roadmap decisions
