Systems Integration Manager (Contract)

Northamptonshire area
Rate: £500 per day
Contract - Outside IR35

We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Integration Manager with a strong warehousing / logistics automation background to support a fast-paced project in Northamptonshire.

This role will play a critical part in integration, testing, and commissioning, working closely with vendors, suppliers, and the end customer to ensure successful system delivery within aggressive time frames.

• Develop and manage the integration and testing strategy and plans to support successful project delivery
• Lead testing and commissioning activities, coordinating across multiple vendors and third parties
• Contribute to integration and testing requirements for supplier bids and tender documentation
• Own and manage integration documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer liaison, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure integrated systems are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to system integration

• Proven experience as a Systems Integration Manager or similar role
• Strong background in warehousing, logistics, or distribution centre automation
• Hands‑on experience with testing, commissioning, and vendor coordination
• Excellent documentation and planning capability
• Confident working in fast-track, high-pressure project environments
• Strong stakeholder and customer‑facing communication skills

• Experience working with multiple system integrators and automation vendors
• Exposure to large-scale automated warehouse systems
• Background in end-to-end system delivery
