Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Client-Facing Technical Analyst to join a growing team supporting a flagship trading platform used by major global financial institutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with high-profile clients, cutting-edge trading systems, and a dynamic engineering team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and technology — understanding workflows, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support.

• Liaise directly with clients to understand business workflows and translate them into technical requirements.
• Build strong relationships with client teams and manage expectations effectively.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for new requirements, support, and project deliverables.

• Translate business and workflow requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal developers to design, test, and deploy custom enhancements.
• Configure client and broker connections using FIX protocol.
• Integrate new FX liquidity providers into a sophisticated aggregation engine.
• Work cross-functionally to improve the product and drive innovation.

• Provide technical support and guidance to global clients.
• Take ownership of issues from investigation to resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with C++ and Linux/Unix environments. (C++ preferred, Java/Python acceptable)
• Excellent communication skills — able to liaise confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and collaborative.
