OverviewYou'll act as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, and our Atlassian Jira Service Management ticketing system, whilst providing support for common issues such as password resets, account access, and software installations. The Service Desk Agent is customer facing and fully office based.
ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, and Atlassian Jira Service Management ticketing system. Provide support for password resets, account access, and software installations.
QualificationsSome experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Motivated and eager to develop your career into Support Technician role. Strong customer service skills, some first-line IT support experience and a desire to expand technical skills and take on more complex responsibilities over time.
