Position: Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect

Location: UK-wide (Remote)

Adapt 365 have partnered with a Global Consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in its Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. They are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to help deliver large-scale, enterprise CRM solutions across a range of industries.

This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of solution design, lead delivery teams, and work closely with stakeholders on complex transformation programmes.

• Designing and architecting end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned to business objectives
• Leading client workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussions
• Owning functional requirements, gap/fit analysis, and solution documentation
• Providing technical leadership across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
• Supporting pre-sales activity, including demos and proof-of-concepts
• Mentoring and developing junior consultants within the practice

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect or Lead Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
• Experience across the wider Microsoft stack, including Azure and Power Platform
• Proven consultancy background with strong client-facing skills
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
