• Design and implement advanced Service Now solutions across key areas such as asset management, portfolio management, operations, and risk.
• Bridge the gap between business goals and platform capabilities, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value while providing technical governance and oversight across complex Service Now programs.
• Develop technical specifications, architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps for complex enterprise environments.
• Architect data structures that power reporting, analytics, and decision-making, ensuring seamless integration across the platform for a unified experience.

• Strong understanding of Service Now scripting.
• Proven experience operating in a Service Now Architect capacity.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in more than one of the modules mentioned above (preferred).
