OT & Cyber Security Advisory Lead / Director

We are working with a leading consulting business that is expanding its Operational Technology (OT) and Cyber Security advisory capability. They are seeking a senior OT & Cyber leader to help shape, build, and deliver strategic OT security initiatives for high-profile clients.

This is a Lead / Director-level role, and offering an initial 6-month engagement. The focus is on outcomes and impact, not traditional time-and-materials delivery.

As an OT & Cyber Advisory Lead / Director, you will:

• Define and set the strategy and vision for OT security advisory services
• Lead and shape OT cyber transformation programmes
• Advise clients on OT risk, resilience, governance, and operating models
• Support delivery and execution of OT initiatives alongside technical and business teams
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide trusted advisory leadership
• Contribute to the build-out of OT advisory capability, frameworks, and propositions

This role provides exposure to multiple organisations, giving you visibility into how different sectors are approaching OT and Cyber Security strategy.

• Strong background in OT and Cyber Security
• Experience operating at Lead / Director / Senior Advisory level
  
  Proven ability to set strategy, influence direction, and guide delivery
• Comfortable working in a consulting or advisory environment
• Experience across critical infrastructure, industrial, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or similar OT-heavy environments
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work on outcome-based engagements

• Work on cutting-edge OT initiatives
• High-profile clients and complex environments
• Flexible working model (contract, interim, or flex consulting)
