Innovative Tech People, Inc. is recruiting for a permanent role as a Solutions Architect focused on Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies. This position is UK-based, remote with occasional client visits, and offers a base pay range discussed with the recruiter.

• Extensive
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 8 years in technical or consulting roles, with a strong track record in Microsoft Business Applications and leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery:
  Deep expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Strategic Thinking:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business outcomes.
• Executive Communication:
  Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, through compelling presentations and strategic dialogue.
• Innovative Mindset:
  Passion for driving innovation, challenging conventional approaches, and delivering transformative change.
• Autonomous & Collaborative:
  Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Transformation Road mapping:
  Skilled in designing digital transformation strategies that accelerate business growth.
• Software Development Background:
  Experience in software development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Strategic Roles
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in Microsoft or other leading technology firms is desirable.
• Certifications:
  
  Microsoft technologies or digital transformation framework certifications.
• Workshop Facilitation:
  Ability to run workshops for client engagements.

• Strategic Vision & Transformation:
  Develop forward-thinking digital transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives; conduct digital maturity assessments; translate challenges into digital solutions; quantify business value; architect scalable solutions using the Microsoft stack; lead development of advanced applications with Power Apps, Copilot, and Power Automate.
• Client Engagement & Enablement:
  Facilitate workshops, lead ideation sessions, deliver persuasive presentations, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across levels.
• Thought Leadership & Continuous Innovation:
  Stay ahead of technology trends, contribute to thought leadership, and refine methodologies to enhance impact of digital initiatives.
