We are seeking a senior Ad Sales Business Analyst to join a critical separation programme. This is a strategic contract role acting as the bridge between Ad Sales, Operations, and Finance during a major business transition.
You will be responsible for ensuring business continuity and operational readiness as we carve out systems and processes. If you have experience navigating TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) environments and defining future‑state operating models, this is the ideal project for you.
The RoleYou will lead the business analysis for Ad Sales work streams, assessing the impact of separation on our core systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers) and defining the requirements for new or transitional solutions.
Working in a fast‑paced, international environment, you will facilitate the "As-Is" to "To-Be" transition, ensuring that revenue‑critical processes‑from booking to billing‑remain seamless during the carve‑out.
Key Responsibilities- Separation & TSA Management:
Support Ad Sales work streams within the wider separation programme, managing system carve‑outs, process redesign, and data migration activities. - Impact Assessment:
Analyze the impact of separation on the Ad Sales technology stack (CRM, OMS, Finance interfaces) and identify operational risks or gaps. - Requirements Gathering:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements across Ad Sales, Pricing, and Traffic, translating these into functional specifications for Tech and Product teams. - Process Definition:
Map out current workflows and help define future‑state processes aligned with the post‑separation operating model. - Testing & Validation:
Coordinate UAT activities, define test cases, and ensure successful validation of new or migrated solutions.
- Domain Expertise:
Strong background as a BA within Ad Sales, Media, or Digital Advertising. You must understand the full Sales lifecycle (Planning > Booking > Trafficking > Billing > Reporting). - Transformation
Experience:
Proven experience working on Separation, Carve‑out, or System Migration programmes is highly desirable. Familiarity with TSA environments is a strong plus. - Technical Stack:
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Ad Servers (e.g., Free Wheel). - Agility:
Ability to operate in a high‑pressure, ambiguous environment where requirements may evolve rapidly.
This will be a mainly remote role with some meetings/workshops occasionally in London.
