Sales Manager – UK & EU – Hybrid/Remote - £80,000 base + bonus/commission

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead the growth in the aviation sector. Your role will be to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact, working with some of the world’s most exciting airlines. You will work directly with founders, product leaders and delivery teams, empowering airlines to unlock new opportunities, secure strategic deals, and cultivate lasting partnerships across Europe and beyond.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, communicating with leaders in the world of aviation. Reshaping the process, you will turn problems into opportunities with knowledge, confidence and personality!

The Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in aviation sales, or tech sales.
• Experience in a startup/scale up (advantageous)
