Operational Specialist - Fraud

Nottingham (5 days onsite)

I’m working with a major consumer digital business looking for a Digital Operations Manager to lead operational delivery across Fraud and Payments.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of digital trading, customer experience, fraud prevention, and payment operations. You’ll be working across multiple internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure online operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

• Leading operational delivery across fraud and payment functions
• Managing and improving business processes and operational efficiency
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers
• Leading and developing Assistant Managers and operational teams
• Identifying trading risks, operational issues, and improvement opportunities
• Supporting a fast-paced digital/eCommerce environment

• Strong operational leadership experience within digital, eCommerce, fraud, or payments
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement capability
• Experience leading teams and driving performance
