Requirements

Experience in user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable insights
Proficiency in research tools and software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams
A degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction) is preferred
Experience in UX design or related areas is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to identify user needs and behaviors
Analyze and synthesize research data to inform product development
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate insights into the design process
Facilitate workshops and present findings to stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in user research
Advocate for the user experience within the organization
