Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Dev Ops Engineer to lead the development and optimisation of our AI/ML infrastructure platforms, enabling scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions across the organisation. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining cloud-based platforms that support advanced analytics, underwriting, pricing, and fraud detection capabilities. Working across AWS and Azure, you will ensure high performance, reliability, and governance of our strategic AI/ML toolsets.

This role will also drive Dev Ops maturity, standardisation, and automation across engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape technical roadmaps and support enterprise‑wide data and AI strategy.

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including designing and managing scalable infrastructure
• Deep understanding of Dev Ops, MLOps, and AIOps practices, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
• Proven experience building and optimising CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Jenkins
• Expertise in containerisation and serverless technologies (e.g., Kubernetes/EKS, AWS Lambda)
• Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code and scripting (Terraform, Ansible, Python, YAML, JSON, Power Shell)

• Salary circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
