🚀 Your Role in the Pack
As Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll be a key driver in our growth engine - managing high-impact acquisition campaigns and delivering insights that fuel smarter optimisation.
Reporting into the Head of Growth, you’ll bring a solid mix of strategic awareness and hands-on execution to scale our acquisition machine. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys problem-solving with data, punches above their weight and is motivated by delivering measurable impact and results they can own.
You’ll run campaigns, follow the data, and keep leveling up performance, making sure Wuffes shows up in a meaningful way wherever people are searching, scrolling or clicking. This role is a unique opportunity to shape, scale, and accelerate growth within one of the fast-growing petcare brands worldwide, with opportunities for accelerated career growth.
- Launch and optimise paid social campaigns. Primary focus on Meta and Applovin, with experimentation channels in the mix.
- Support the development and delivery of a structured test-and-learn roadmap — from creative iterations to bidding strategies and audience segmentation.
- Track, analyse, and report on D2C metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel performance, sharing insights that shape ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house Performance Creative team, Retention, and Brand to ensure campaigns are data-informed and aligned to growth objectives.
- Be the voice of growth internally. Stay informed on platform updates, tools, and industry trends to help identify opportunities for continuous optimisation.
- Put forward business cases to trial new platforms and effectively communicate on results, including comprehensive recommendations on which platforms to take forward.
What you bring
- 1+ year’s experience working for a high-growth DTC brand, or performance marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience launching and optimising paid social campaigns.
