TRIA is working exclusively with a client who has recently implemented Oracle Simphony.
We’re hiring a POS Systems Administrator to manage and optimise the Oracle Simphony environment across a high-profile hospitality and event venue, which includes stadium, restaurants, bars, events & hotels.
This is a hands‑on, system‑focused role – perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring menus, pricing, and campaigns are accurate and live across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing- Administering and configuring the Oracle Simphony POS system via EMC
- Managing menu updates, price changes, and seasonal campaigns
- Supporting matchday and non‑matchday operations across multiple venues
- Collaborating with F&B, Commercial, and Events teams to align system content
- Troubleshooting and resolving backend issues, working with internal IT and third‑party vendors
- Maintaining system documentation and supporting tech rollouts
- Experience with POS systems, ideally Oracle Simphony or similar hospitality POS systems
- Strong understanding of system administration, user access, and data accuracy
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments
- Willingness to support event‑based operations

This role will require you to be on site in West London.
