Role Overview

An exciting leadership opportunity for a growing SaaS business. The Software Engineering Manager / Software Development Manager will manage a growing ‘Tech for good’ product team developing products for a range of customers in the UK.

Responsibilities

Lead software developers and improve delivery across the full SDLC.
Drive agile and modern software best practice from the top down.
Manage the team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation (using AI or similar).

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a team management role.
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex software solutions in time-sensitive environments.
Experience implementing modern software engineering processes:
Agile, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, unit testing.
Strong knowledge of IT / cyber security (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or similar).
Background in modern programming and cloud technology – .NET, Azure or similar.

Working Arrangements

Hybrid working options with 3-4 days WFH each week – the offices are commutable from Farnborough, Guildford, Woking areas.
