This is a hands-on position where youll build intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance customer interactions through AI, automation, and real-time analytics. Youll be working on complex, high-impact systems that directly influence customer experience ts on offer Salary up to £85,000 Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid working 3 days per week on-site in Nottingham Strong career progression opportunities within a growing technology function Ongoing training, certifications, and skill development opportunities What you need Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Strong background in contact centre engineering / CCaaS platforms Knowledge of integrating AWS Connect with external systems using AWS Lambda, APIs, and event-driven architectures Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, fintech, or similar) Understanding of compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and FCA regulations
Experience with Contact Lens for analytics, sentiment analysis, and compliance monitoring Proficiency in Python or Node.js for serverless development
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Cloud Formation) Solid understanding of contact centre operations, reporting, and workflows
