Overview
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant at CGI, you’ll be responsible for assuring and optimising Dynamics 365 solutions that support essential client services used nationwide. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and governance forums to ensure business processes, scheduling capabilities, and operational workflows are scalable, resilient, and aligned to evolving user needs. This role offers an opportunity to influence strategic decisions and grow your expertise within a collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities- Assure and optimise Dynamics 365 solutions for client services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and governance forums.
- Support scalability, resilience, and alignment of processes, scheduling, and workflows.
- Hold or be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
- Hybrid role: potentially 2 days per week on site at one of the following CGI and client offices:
Nottingham, Bristol, or Birmingham.
