Pro-Connexions is looking for a Senior 1st Line Support/Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their team in the Wakefield area. This role focuses on providing essential end user support and acting as the technical go-to person in the team. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory is necessary.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a logical, resourceful approach to troubleshooting. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
