At Boots, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Digital Operations team for a unique Year In Industry programme. The programme will help you to develop skills, knowledge and provides all the stretch and challenge needed to accelerate a career at Boots.

• You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our  website running smoothly. From setting up exciting promotions to processing returns and providing insights, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations.
• You’ll also collaborate with our User Acceptance Testing team to ensure that new functionalities meet our high standards before going live.
• You’ll be looking at how the website is delivering against key measures, spotting and recommending improvements to ensure we are giving our customers the best online experience.
• You will be the ‘go to person’ for pulling together and sharing crucial data and using your own initiative to take timely action.
• You will also support our ambition to help customers feel good by working with our customer service team, advising on escalations and providing effective communications to customers and stores.

• You should be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree as part of a course that allows for a placement year.
• A passion for digital and a knack for problem‑solving will set you apart.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Confidence in working with data and drawing insights will help you thrive in this role.
• A drive for self‑development and the ability to work well in a team are key.
