ROLE SUMMARY Lead Dev Ops Engineer – Cloud Platform & Site Reliability

We’re looking for a Lead Dev Ops Engineer to help drive innovation, mentor the Dev Ops engineering team and shape the future of our cloud-native infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAs a Lead Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on technical leader, guiding the design and implementation of modern Dev Ops and platform engineering practices:

Automate full-stack infrastructure using Terraform and Git Lab Lead  the design of CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab CI to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery

Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh for service discovery, traffic management, and observability

Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with development and business goals

Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, security and operational excellence

Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and developer experience

WHAT YOU'LL BRING Demonstrable AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise

Hands-on experience with Terraform, Git Lab CI and Bash/Python Orchestration and monitoring tools – Istio, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK6+ years in Dev Ops or Platform Engineering roles experience in a lead role Proven experience building and operating cloud-native platforms

Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Development experience in a major language (Java, C++, C# etc.)AWS certifications and financial services background
