This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong track record of generating new business, managing enterprise accounts, and selling SAP or enterprise software solutions into senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle across SAP-related solutions and services, including S/4

HANA, Success Factors, SAP Cloud, and wider enterprise transformation offerings.

The successful candidate will have experience building pipeline from scratch, engaging with C-level decision-makers, and closing complex enterprise software deals within mid-market and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and close.
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CFOs, IT Directors, Procurement teams, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with SAP ecosystem partners, consultancies, and delivery teams.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Position SAP solutions against competitors.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling SAP products, services, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4

    HANA, Success Factors, SAP Cloud, or ERP technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and win new business independently.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and high-value deals.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills.
  • Background working with SAP partners, consultancies, or enterprise technology providers.
  • Experience selling into enterprise and mid-market organizations.
