MI Analyst Business Partner

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, understanding business goals and identifying how data and MI can add value
• Developing and delivering reporting, dashboards, analytics tools and client-facing data solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Shaping the client and marketing data strategy and supporting wider data transformation initiatives
• Collaborating with technical teams, client solutions teams and business stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting and operational effectiveness
• Driving data literacy and helping embed a data-driven culture across the business

• Experience delivering MI, reporting or business intelligence solutions
• Strong Power BI and data visualisation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working closely with business functions such as Marketing, Business Development, Commercial or Client teams would be advantageous
