Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking a talented and data-driven Digital Marketing Platform & Data Lead to manage and optimise the College's digital ecosystem, ensuring our platforms, systems, and data work together to drive enquiries, improve conversion, and support strategic growth.

This role focuses on digital performance, data, and systems rather than content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise the College website, improving user experience and conversion across key admissions entry points.
  • Own and develop the College CRM, ensuring accurate data capture, segmentation, reporting, and GDPR compliance.
  • Integrate website, CRM, and marketing platforms to create a seamless enquiry journey.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, enquiry quality, landing pages, and digital user journeys.
  • Implement and manage tracking, analytics, and attribution systems.
  • Analyse audience behaviour, market trends, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce actionable reports and dashboards for senior leaders.
  • Maintain compliance and consistency across all digital platforms and external school listings.
About You

You will have experience in digital marketing, website management, CRM systems, analytics, and performance optimisation. You will be highly analytical, organised, and able to translate data into meaningful insights that drive results.

Success in the Role
  • Increased qualified enquiries
  • Improved website conversion rates
  • High-quality CRM data and reporting
  • Stronger performance across digital touchpoints

Whilst not in a teaching role, as a Digital Marketing Platform & Data Lead you will be working on a regular basis in a school, which provides opportunity for contact with children. As such, you will be in regulated activity and an enhanced DBS check (which includes children's barred list information) will be required in advance of appointment.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone's responsibility. As with all College staff members, you will be responsible for providing a safe environment in which children can learn.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.

Approximately £40,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
