London Rate: £200 per day (Inside IR35) OR 40,000 GBP/Annum Inside IR 35 Duration: 1-year contract

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise environment. You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle-from procurement and deployment to refresh and e-waste-for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads.

The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate Service Now CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes. Reconcile asset data between the Service Now CMDB and Flexera . Track hardware procurement, including purchase data, warranties, and contract terms. Investigate discrepancies in asset data and support audit readiness. Requirements Technical

Skills:

Strong hands-on knowledge of Service Now CMDB is essential. Data Proficiency:
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs are a mandatory requirement). Lifecycle Knowledge: A deep understanding of the full PC and mobile device lifecycle. Mindset:
