IT and SAP Support Technician

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP B1 or a similar ERP system in a Windows environment.
• Experience providing end‑user support in a predominantly Windows environment.
• Experience writing and supporting Microsoft SQL.
• Proactive, solution‑focused approach with a willingness to take ownership of issues.
• Excellent analysis, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise, investigate, and resolve tasks independently.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm and passion for IT.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience working in an international manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Experience with common SAP B1 modules and add‑ins is desirable.

• Act as the SAP B1 specialist within our small IT team and provide SAP B1 support.
• Work with our SAP B1 support partner to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Support development and continuous improvement within SAP B1.
• Contribute to the ongoing documentation of SAP B1 processes and functions.
• Help test system updates.
• Contribute to day‑to‑day IT support activities as part of our wider IT team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure our systems and infrastructure remain stable and effective.
