IT SAP Support

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year

• At least two years of experience supporting SAP Business One or a similar ERP system in a Windows environment.
• Experience providing end-user IT support.
• Experience writing and supporting Microsoft SQL.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage our own workload and collaborate effectively with others.
• Experience with SAP Business One, manufacturing environments, and ERP modules or add-ons would be an advantage, but is not essential.

• Provide day-to-day support to users as our ERP specialist.
• Work alongside our external SAP partner to resolve technical issues.
• Help develop new features and improvements within SAP Business One.
• Support the wider IT function to help keep our systems reliable, secure, and effective.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to solve problems and deliver practical solutions.

We are a friendly, collaborative, growing international manufacturing company based in Nottingham. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office and a salary of up to £45k.
