IT Administrator

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year

• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience administering user accounts within Active Directory and Exchange Online
• Experience with IT asset and equipment management
• Knowledge of Windows 11 Enterprise environments
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products

• Maintain the seamless functionality of IT services for more than a thousand users
• Support a smooth onboarding process for new starters
• Ensure the IT department is effectively resourced
• Create and remove user accounts and devices
• Fulfil end-user IT equipment requests and manage assets accurately
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, optimise, and enhance service delivery

6‑month fixed‑term contract in Nottingham on a hybrid basis, with at least three days per week in our office.
