International Software House is looking for a WEB Designer / UI Designer with UX Research experience. You will join a small but growing design team and work within an agile development team on both web and mobile projects.

• Creating attractive user interfaces and visuals for our client’s product range
• Applying best practice principles of user interface and interaction design
• Conducting user experience research and usability testing
• Profiling, personas, requirement gathering, user journeys and flows, site maps, wireframes and mock‑ups
• Working with development teams to maintain UI governance
• Preparing and conducting workshops and presenting the results to stakeholders

• Minimum 2 years commercial experience
• Relevant degree or equivalent
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills from early sketches to high‑definition mock‑ups
• Proficiency in graphics programs such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or equivalents
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or others

• Salary £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
