We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our busy Software Support team. Full training on the client’s software will be provided. Working hours are 9‑6, Monday‑Friday. Modern office with free parking.

• Provide first and second line support for application software.
• Log calls and handle 2nd/3rd line software support issues.
• Support client‑facing services in a financial or accounting software environment (not mandatory).
• Understand and manage databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Assist with basic programming tasks.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
