Dev Ops Engineer – Nottingham – up to £50,000
This role is for an experienced Development Operations Engineer to join an international software house creating bespoke cloud solutions with a strong presence within the finance industry. You'll develop monitoring, automated build & release and continuous integration systems in a software development environment.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery of builds and resolution of any issues impacting them
- Support of Development and Operations by maintaining tools and systems
- Creating automation build scripts to support the deployment of builds
- Experience scripting in Power Shell, Korn Shell, Bash or VBScript
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM or other cloud‑based configuration tools
- Experience with Microsoft Orchestrator or automating across Windows and Unix platforms
- Knowledge of MS Windows
- Knowledge of ASP.Net or C# is beneficial
Competitive salary up to £50,000 and a comprehensive package.
Location:
Nottingham (commutable from Derby, Leicester and other East Midlands areas).
