We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to work within a small, growing design team. The role focuses on user research and UX design for web and mobile applications.

• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, translating findings into personas, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design product functionality and iterate to ensure an excellent user experience.
• Establish and maintain company standards for user experience.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent and appropriate UX across product lines and platforms.
• Prepare and conduct user testing, workshops, and present results to stakeholders.

• Excellent portfolio of UX case studies demonstrating work across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a UX role.
• Expertise in UX software such as Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
• Ability to work with clients, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and design complete user experiences aligned with company strategy, needs, and vision.
• Extensive experience applying UX best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of B2B products.
• Solid grasp of user-centred design and information architecture, testing methodologies, and usability and accessibility considerations.
• Ability to iterate designs efficiently and intelligently.
