Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced 1st/2nd line IT Technician for an on-site role near Colchester. You will support hardware, software and user issues while managing incidents and service requests across Microsoft 365, SharePoint and related cloud services.
The role requires working with Azure/Entra , ITIL practices, and strong customer communication to ensure high-quality service delivery. Notable experience with Intune/SCCM and ITSM is advantageous.
