Senior Digital Product Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 80,000 per year

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Strong digital, e-commerce or SaaS background
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end
• Ability to lead squads, not just manage tickets
• Outcome-focused mindset
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across different markets
• Ability to bring structure, clarity and pace
• Technically strong enough to understand detail, ask the right questions and work effectively with engineering teams
• Exposure to Shopify, platform migrations, experimentation tools, UX-led product work, customer service platforms or complex multi-market environments would be an advantage

• Own outcomes and drive real commercial impact across a global e-commerce environment
• Lead squads and manage stakeholders across multiple regions and markets
• Own key product domains including UX across global e-commerce platforms, fulfilment and customer service operations work streams
• Lead product discovery, strategy, prioritisation and delivery
• Drive experimentation, optimisation and measurable business outcomes
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics and commercial teams
• Help shape the direction of the product function

We are a business undergoing a major digital and technology transformation, offering significant scope, visibility and influence. This is a senior product role based in Nottingham with a working arrangement of 4 days office-based and 1 day from home.
