Integration Coordinator - IT Systems

Salary: £27,000 - 67,000 per year

• Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business functions
• Shadow users on the existing system and validate processes within Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Identify system gaps, process improvements and operational risks
• Work with the IT Systems Administrator and external software partners to resolve issues
• Test reports, data and system outputs to ensure they meet business requirements
• Map current and future business processes
• Create user guides, process documentation and training materials
• Support end‑user training and adoption of the new ERP system
• Collaborate with departments across the business to ensure a smooth system transition

We are supporting a 12‑month fixed‑term contract for an IT Systems Integration Coordinator to join our client during a major business transformation. This role will help deliver the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, replacing a long‑standing in‑house ERP system. Working alongside our IT team and stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in testing, process validation, continuous improvement, user training and successful system adoption.
