SAP Business One Systems Support Analyst – Nottinghamshire – Hybrid – £45,000

Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid – minimum 2 days office per week)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent

An established manufacturing business is looking for an SAP Business One Systems Support Analyst to join its growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major SAP Business One re-implementation, working closely with the implementation partner while becoming the in-house SAP B1 expert.

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One users
• Work with the implementation partner on the SAP B1 re-implementation
• Support system improvements, testing, and documentation
• Assist with reporting and SQL queries
• Deliver user training and ongoing ERP support
• Provide general IT support as part of a small IT team

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting SAP Business One
• Microsoft SQL experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
