Enterprise Architect

An interesting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a major transformation programme across a very large enterprise, and be at the heart of ensuring architectural coherence, strategy and governance is robust.

• Create the enterprise roadmap for the organisation to enable coherent, consistent decisions and to understand risk, dependencies and opportunities as transformation progresses.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical and business teams and business, technical and solution architects to bring a single view of the organisation and align across a distributed architecture function.
• Influence rather than enforce; the role is not managerial and requires the ability to add value and bring people on the journey without direct authority.

• Previous experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally in a large enterprise.
• Involvement in major transformations in the past.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is based in Nottingham with a hybrid model requiring a couple of days on site per week. The base salary is up to around £80K, plus a car and a strong benefits package.
